Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • request proof of billing address;

House of Lane may refuse future business with customers engaged in fraudulent conduct, excessive chargebacks, abuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.

14. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

House of Lane is the seller of record for all products purchased through the Website.

To efficiently process customer orders, House of Lane may utilize trusted independent third-party manufacturers, fulfillment providers, logistics providers, warehouses, and shipping carriers.

These third parties act solely as service providers to House of Lane and are not parties to any purchase agreement between House of Lane and the Customer.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Production delays, inventory shortages, weather events, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, acts of government, or other events beyond House of Lane's reasonable control may affect delivery times.

House of Lane shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

16. FINAL SALE POLICY

Because House of Lane products consist primarily of consumable dietary supplements, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

For the protection of our customers and to maintain product integrity, House of Lane does not accept returns or exchanges of dietary supplements that have left our control.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, House of Lane may provide a replacement or refund where:

Claims regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after the carrier confirms delivery.

To assist with our investigation, House of Lane may request:

  • photographs of the shipping box;
  • photographs of the shipping label;
  • photographs of the product;
  • the order number;
  • any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent resolution of the claim.

If House of Lane verifies that an error occurred, we may, at our option:

  • ship a replacement product;
  • issue a partial refund;

  • provide another reasonable remedy.

House of Lane reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or that appear fraudulent.

18. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

House of Lane is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from:
