At House of Lane, we are committed to providing high-quality dietary supplements. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.
Returns
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy helps protect the safety, quality, and integrity of our products as a small American brand.
Refunds & Replacements
We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- Your product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
House of Lane reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Reporting an Issue
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
To help us investigate your claim, we may request:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the product(s)
- Any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim
Failure to provide the requested documentation may delay or prevent resolution of your claim.
If we determine that an error occurred, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Ship a replacement product
- Issue a partial refund
- Issue a full refund
- Provide another appropriate remedy
We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or that appear fraudulent.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
House of Lane is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a package from the carrier.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the customer, subject to applicable law.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier's claims process when appropriate.
